The ZF600 universal microcomputer protection and monitoring device has a built-in protection library consisting of more than 20 standard protection programs. Features

  • It integrates various functions such as protection, measurement, monitoring, control, user interface, communication, etc. It is specially designed for the unitized design of the switchgear. One device can complete all the automation functions in the switchgear, simplifying the switchgear, replaces various relays and measuring instruments, saving a lot of installation space and control cables.
  • Using a 32-bit digital signal processor (DSP) with advanced core architecture, high-speed computing power and real-time signal processing, the protection algorithms that were previously impossible due to CPU performance and other factors can be easily implemented.
  • Support conventional RS485 bus (MODBUS communication protocol) and CAN field bus communication. The CAN bus has error correction mechanism such as automatic resend of error frames and automatic disconnection of faulty nodes to ensure the real-time and reliability of information transmission.   • The circuit breaker operating circuit is provided with an ac-dc general hardware anti-skip block module.   • Switch input supports direct tripping or alarm, for important protection such as gas, temperature or interlock tripping.
